KMCI offers CKIM™/K-STREAM™ Workshop in two installments for the first time
KMCI Managing Director and CEO Joseph M. Firestone, Ph.D. announced today that KMCI will offer its five-day CKIM™ Workshop in two installments of two and three days duration. The first installment will cover KM Strategy and will include extensive background in KMCI's comprehensive set of conceptual frameworks for approaching KM.
The second three-day workshop will focus on K-STREAM™ Methodology, its core tools including vendor demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and a wrap-up of all five days of CKIM™. Dr. Firestone commented on the change, saying: "We know it's hard for people to set aside five days for a KM workshop, so we're offering the program in installments to make it easier for people to free up time. The full five-day program will continue to be offered for people who would rather take the program all at once."
